I have done my annual review for the first time and i found it helpful. I knew what i changed my mind on this year and i’m ready to change my mind on new things in the future. I knew what created energy for me and i want to keep doing the same or more. I knew what drained my energy this year to work on it. I know what are my greatest hits and i’m proud of it. I know what were my worst misses to work on it next year.
